Due to the greed and incompetence of a lot of the bankers of the world, the UK's politicians, and the terrible Pound to Euro exchange rate at the moment, I have, very reluctantly, decided that I have to sell our Holiday Home.
This web site contains lots of information and photographs about our Holiday Home, Camping Cabopino and the surrounding area.
Please look at the pages then email me with any further questions.
The Static Caravan is on Camping Cabopino which is about 7 miles from Marbella, about 8 miles from Fuengirolla, and about 300 metres from one of the finest beaches on the Costa del Sol.

Camping Cabopino's location makes it ideal for family or a quiet holiday; or for permanent residence. There are quite a few people from various countries in Europe who live there all year round.
The
Cabopino campsite is located only 300m
far away from one of the most beautiful
beaches in Marbella, with sandy dunes and beside a beautiful little yachting
harbour with a range of restaurants and shops. A quiet and fresh pine woodland welcomes visitors. It has a Bar, Children’s play area, 2 Swimming Pools, Launderette and a small Shop. 100 m down the road the other way is a petrol station where you can buy basic foods, newspapers and souvenirs. Within 5 km you can find the Comarcal Hospital, a Post Office and all kinds of shops and supermarkets. You can also visit a typical street market. Follow this link to the Camping Cabopino Web Site.
Follow this link to see an aerial view of the area. Camping Cabopino is in the middle at the top, Puerto Cabopino at the bottom. There are more aerial views on the Camping Cabopino Photographs page.

Surrounding
Area
The places listed below are just a few of the main tourist areas. There are many more, from the little traditional Spanish villages to the busy tourist centres. Why not search the web for your type of attractions?
Please note that a lot of what is in this section has been copied from the web. That explains the 'Spanish' version of English.
Marbella
– 7 miles Due to its geographical situation and the mountain ranges which surround it, Marbella enjoys a special micro-climate with no harsh winters or suffocating summers. The average annual temperature is 19 °C , the sun shines 320 days per year and there is less than 50 rainy days per year. The most visited all-round tourist destination in Europe, the Costa del Sol has 24 magnificently well-kept beaches and is blessed with a climate that allows one to bathe in the sea almost all year round. The average temperature of the water is 18 °C (20.9 °C in July and 24.2 °C in August). Aquatic sports hold a prime position on the coast, but golf, the king of sports on the Costa del Sol, is a major sport with many modern courses and facilities. Buses that stop close to the entrance to Camping Cabopino run every 20 (ish) minutes from early morning to late at night. These Links will help you find out more about Marbella: - http://www.costadelsolportal.com/destinations/html/marbella.html http://www.malagacar.com/information/marbella_map.htm Puerto
Cabopino This delightful little fishing port has many shops and restaurants. It has managed to resist the urge to develop on the scale that most places along the coast have. You can find out more about Puerto Cabopino from copy of an article printed by the Euro Weekly News in April 2003 and at the Online Guide to Cabopino. Fuengirola A
large seaside resort that features in many holiday companies catalogues. Buses
that stop close to the entrance to Camping Cabopino run every 20 (ish) minutes from early
morning to late at night. http://www.costadelsolportal.com/destinations/html/fuengirola.html
Beach A large, fine sand beach that gently slopes into the sea.
Malaga Its rich culture is shown in a great variety of religious festivities taking place throughout the year, with the genuine Andalusian taste. It's also a fantastic place for children and family. There are, Aquatic Parks in Torremolinos and Mijas, Theme Park "Tivoli World" in Benalmadena and Aquariums "Sea Life". Adventure / Wild Life Park "Selwo" in Estepona, and a Zoo in Fuengirola. Other kind of activities and entertainment are, jet ski, golf, bullfighting, casinos, flamenco shows, clubs, discos, pubs, bars etc. Malaga has not only its coastline, but much more to offer. Only 20 km from the campsite we find the Natural Park Sierra de las Nieves, white villages (Ronda has an impressive bridge over a ravine) where also you can appreciate excellent food and local wine. You can also make "one day trips" to other provinces. Cabopino

On Camping Cabopino there are the 2 swimming pools, a little play area with swings, rocking thing, climbing frame, see-saw and a rope slide. There's also lots of open space for them to kick a ball about. Five minutes walk away there is the long soft, fine sandy beach that gently slops into the sea. No sudden drop as you walk out. See this link and this link for a few of the Theme Parks and other entertainment on the Costa del Sol. These include a Crocodile Park, Sea Life, Equestrian Centre, Water Parks and a Dolphin Safari. Why not search the web for more?

Even though the static caravan on its own cost an awful LOT more than the asking price I am asking for offers in the region of £23,900.00
Rent
The Rent is 5,562 Euros per year (including a 10% discount for paying yearly). This includes a dedicated car parking space.
Try
before you Buy!
If you would like to, you can rent our Holiday Home for a few days so that you can get to know it, the neighbours, Camping Cabopino and the surrounding area; before you make that final decision. If you decide to buy it, I will then deduct the rental cost from the price. The rental cost would be £45 per night, regardless of the number of occupants.
